Makeup Tip #3 - Colored Eyeliner
Don’t be afraid to rock a different colored eyeliner on your lower and/or upper lash line! Fall and Winter is the perfect time to change your usual black eyeliner to a purple, navy, or forest green! One of my favorites right now is Maybelline’s Eye Studio gel liner in “Forest”. You could also use it for Christmas with a dark red lip. That would be gorgeous! :D
