Q:LOL I meant like how to make the high-end palettes in general stay fresh and never lose its quality/pigmentation?? The #-of-months-after-being-opened" (expiration date) icon on the back of the palettes make me nervous 'cause most of them say good after 12 months after opening. I'm hoping I would have it for YEARS! (:
Oh, lmfao be more specific!
Ehhh, I never really pay attention to the ‘expiration’ date. Honestly, only I would know when my makeup would go bad based on how MUCH I use it personally. Like for example, I still have mascaras that I’ve bought early last year but still have them because I haven’t used them often. I think the same goes for other types of products too. But really, the usual expiration date for most products is a year to two years, right? That’s a long time. As long as you’re aware of how the quality should be like, then know when to throw it out. It’s always important to store your makeup where there isn’t too much direct sunlight (so like, in a storage bin or drawers would be ideal) because the heat could do damage to it’s texture and quality in general. Other than that, I can’t think of anything else.. =]
