Is the Stila Kajal Eyeliner in Topaz a product worth buying? Is it worth the money and do you get what you pay for? I'm worried that if i apply this to my waterline, it will easily fade off in a few hours and won't last as long.. which will cause me to keep reapplying -.-

It actually does stay on the waterline for a couple hours. It won’t stay perfect (the color may smear with the top waterline if you tightline) all day but for the most part the color is still there. It doesn’t hurt to reapply because the color is sooo opaque that you really only need one swipe of it to get good pigmentation. I would only touch up about once throughout the day! =) NARS also has one in Rue Bonaparte and MAC has one in NW25/NW30 but I’m not sure how much they retail for or how they perform in comparison.
